5月20日起沙特入境最新政策：人员指定地点自费封闭隔离措施

一、根据沙特政府相关部门消息，沙特将于近期采取以下出入境调整措施：
（一）自2021年5月17日0点起，恢复因疫情暂停达14个月的国际航班，但针对阿根廷、巴西、埃及、法国、德国、印度、印度尼西亚、爱尔兰、意大利、日本、黎巴嫩、巴基斯坦、葡萄牙、南非、瑞典、瑞士、土耳其、阿联酋、英国、美国等20国，或14天内途径以上国家人员的旅行禁令仍然有效。（二）自2021年5月20日起，未实施旅行禁令国家的人员抵沙后，须在指定地点进行7天封闭隔离；同时所有入境沙特但未接种新冠疫苗人员，须持有涵盖新冠肺炎理赔项目的有效健康保险。
有关隔离措施对以下人员豁免：
1、沙特公民及其配偶、子女和随行家政服务人员；
2、持外交签证人员、外交人员及其随居家属；
3、已接种疫苗的常住居民的随行家政服务人员（未接种疫苗）；
4、机组人员、海员；
5、已接种疫苗人员；
6、经口岸入境的卡车司机及其助手；
7、官方代表团；
8、卫生部认可的卫生行业供应链相关人员。
二、中国驻沙特大使馆再次提醒在沙中国公民和计划访沙的中方人员重视疫情期间的感染风险，牢记“非必要，非紧急，不旅行”，慎重考虑行程。如确有必要出行，请务必做好个人防护，密切关注沙出入境政策调整举措和具体实施措施，合理安排行程，避免因出入境受阻造成损失。

The government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia requires an institutional quarantine for all passengers from countries that are not included in the travel suspension, exempt the following categories:

• Male and Female citizens and their spouses, daughters and sons of female citizens, and domestic workers accompanying any of the aforementioned groups.

• Unvaccinated domestic workers accompanying an immune resident.

• Immune individuals.

• Official delegations.

• Holders of a diplomatic visa, diplomats and their families residing with them.

• Air Crews.

• Trucks drivers and their assistants from all ports.

• Passengers involved in the health supply chains, as decided by the Ministry of Health.

• Crews of marine vessels.

• Individuals whose health condition appear (immunized) and their companions under the age of 18 years.

The period of institutional quarantine for all arrivals from outside the Kingdom, with the exception of the above-mentioned categories, is for a period of 7 days, starting from the hour of arrival at the Institutional Quarantine center and at the expense of the traveler.

With an emphasis on the need to obtain a valid health insurance policy to cover the risks of the Coronavirus, approved by the official authorities in the Kingdom, for all those coming to the Kingdom (who are not immunized).These procedures will go into force starting Thursday, Shawwal 8 1442 corresponding to May 20, 2021.
