The Guangzhou Visa Application Center of Saudi Arabia is a service institution authorized by the Consulate General of Saudi Arabia in Guangzhou to handle visa-related business. It is not a subordinate institution of the Consulate General of Saudi Arabia in Guangzhou.
The Guangzhou Visa Application Center of Saudi Arabia provides information on Saudi visa applications and visa processing procedures for Chinese mainland and Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan citizens and foreigners residing legally here. Its main business is as follows:
(1) To receive the visa application materials of Saudi visa applicants on behalf of the consulate.
(2) Input the basic information and additional information related to Saudi visa application into the system of docking with the consulate.
(3) Providing the services of submitting Saudi visa-related information (passport, visa, other information) to the consulate on behalf of the visa applicant.
(4) Collecting Saudi visa fees on behalf of the consulate and delivering the Saudi visa to the visa applicant.
(5) According to the requirements of the consulate, the relevant information of Saudi visa will be announced promptly. At the same time, the consultation service for Saudi visa applicants will be answered through the official website of the Saudi visa application center, the Wechat public number, the front desk of the visa center hall, telephone, mail and other forms.
(6) Providing other services required by Saudi visa applicants.
